Bill Haines
Bill co-founded the company in 2013 with a goal of providing optimal training value in important subjects that are often undertrained or improperly trained. His overall goal is to minimize costly and risky training gaps that leave people, property, and the mission at risk. The status quo many training organizations maintain simply doesn’t accomplish this. Bill pulls from his past experience improving driver training for various contract companies (including O’Gara [formerly VIR/SSI], International Training Inc [ITI], Academi [formerly Blackwater], and NEK Advanced Securities Group) as well as the Army Advanced Law Enforcement Training Division’s (ALETD) Protective Services (PSD) and Anti-terrorism Evasive Driving (AEDC) Courses. Bill also contributed improvements to the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service’s driver training. At ALETD, he added unimproved road training, revamped the evasive driving attack scenarios to more dynamic and tactically sound versions, revised the driving lesson plans for the PSD Course, and conducted instructor development to bring the new program online. These achievements were recognized through instructor of the year awards at the team, branch and division levels. Prior to his training career, he served in law enforcement for 12 years, both in the Air Force and as a Patrol Deputy in Medina County, TX. In the Air Force, he served as a Program Manager and Team Leader for the Phoenix Raven Program, providing flexible and dynamic security in over 30 countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Central and South America.
